By using NexC you agree to these terms. They’re intentionally short and plain.

What NexC is

NexC is a personal productivity assistant that connects to your Google Calendar, Gmail, and optionally Zoom to help you understand and act on your day. It is currently an early-stage product offered for personal use and evaluation.

Your responsibilities

• Use NexC only with accounts you own or are authorized to use.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Review anything NexC prepares before you confirm it — you are responsible for actions you approve.

What we do

We work to keep NexC reliable and your data secure, and we always ask for your confirmation before creating events or taking actions on your behalf. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

NexC is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated summaries and suggestions can be imperfect — always verify important details.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You can stop using NexC and disconnect your accounts at any time from Settings.
