Privacy Policy

NexC is a personal AI chief of staff that helps you act on your email, calendar, and meetings. This policy explains exactly what data NexC touches, why, and the control you have over it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind jargon.

What we access

• Your account — the email address and name you sign up with.
• Google Calendar — we read your upcoming events to show your day, and create events only when you explicitly confirm them.
• Gmail (read-only) — we read message headers and snippets to summarize what needs a reply. We never send, delete, or modify your mail.
• Zoom — if you connect it, we create meetings on your behalf when you confirm a booking. Nothing else.
• Content you enter — tasks, contacts, and messages you type into NexC.

How we use it

Your data is used for one purpose only: to provide NexC’s features back to you. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles.

NexC’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google data is never used to train generalized AI models.

AI processing

To answer your questions, relevant snippets of your calendar and inbox are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) at the moment you ask. This is used only to generate your response and is not used to train models. NexC always asks you to confirm before it creates an event or takes any action.

How it's stored and protected

• Data is stored in a private database (Supabase) with per-user access controls, so no user can see another user’s data.
• Your Google and Zoom access tokens are encrypted (AES-256) before storage; only the server can decrypt them.
• The app is hosted on Vercel and served over HTTPS.

Your control

• Disconnect Google or Zoom at any time from Settings — this revokes NexC’s access.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us; we act on it promptly.
